Terms and Conditions – NAH EXPERIENCE

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through NAH EXPERIENCE, operating under the domain www.besttoursrivieramaya.com. By confirming a reservation, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via email or through our online reservation system. A deposit is required to validate your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash (USD or MXN) to the guide at the beginning of the tour unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices are per person or per group as indicated, and include services explicitly listed in the tour description.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed according to the timing of the cancellation as follows:

  • More than 72 hours before the tour: full refund of the deposit.
  • Between 72 and 24 hours before the tour: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: the deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance of the tour will be charged to the credit card used for the security deposit, as all arrangements and costs have already been committed on our end.

In case of bad weather or exceptional circumstances, NAH EXPERIENCE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. If no alternative date can be arranged, the deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Modifications

Clients may request changes to their booking (date, number of participants) subject to availability. NAH EXPERIENCE will do its best to accommodate such requests without guarantee.

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

While we strive to offer the best experience, NAH EXPERIENCE cannot be held liable for any delay, accident, illness, injury, loss, or theft during the excursions. Participation in our tours is at the client’s own risk.

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical condition, allergy, or limitation prior to the activity. Some tours may involve physical exertion or conditions not suitable for all ages or abilities.

5. Insurance

NAH EXPERIENCE recommends all participants hold valid personal travel insurance. We are not responsible for medical expenses, accidents, or repatriation.

6. Use of Images

Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used by NAH EXPERIENCE for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the tour.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of processing bookings and will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required or necessary for service delivery.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute arising from the services provided shall be submitted to the competent courts of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

9. No-Show Policy

Our team will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. If the client fails to arrive within this grace period, it will be considered a no-show, and the full remaining balance of the tour will be charged to the credit card used for the security deposit.

If only part of the group is present, the difference for the absent participants must be paid in cash. If this is not possible, the outstanding amount will be charged to the same credit card used for the deposit.
